Wake Forest Memorial Post 8466, Veterans of Foreign Wars, recently elected their new slate of officers. The Installation of new officers was held at the regular monthly meeting.
The new officers will take charge the second week of June 2015. They are : Dennis Mecum, Post Commander; David Martin, Senior Vice commander; Don Kroohs, Junior Vice commander; Charlie Cable, Quartermaster; Jim Dyer, Chaplain; Richard Heroux, Trustee; Hank Pierwola, Trustee; Frank Anderson, Trustee. Also elected but missing from the swearing-in ceremony were Howard Lowdermilk, Judge Advocate, and Aaron Jines, Service Officer.
