The sixth annual Wake Forest Charity Car Show will take place Father’s Day weekend on Saturday, June 16, 2018, in historic downtown Wake Forest. Auction Direct USA will be the grand sponsor of the event that showcases classic and antique automobiles including, custom, muscle, sports, pony, classics, street rods and custom trucks.
Classic car hobbyists and enthusiasts will enjoy free admission, live music, food trucks, Model T assembly demonstration, door prizes, 50/50 raffle and of course, classic and unique cars. One-hundred percent of the show’s proceeds will benefit local charities.
“Support from our grand sponsor Auction Direct USA helps us put on a wildly popular show and give to our local charities,” said Dawn Nakash, chair of Wake Forest Downtown, Inc., a volunteer group that presents the event, along with the Lighting of Wake Forest, Wake Forest Christmas Parade and Dirt Day.
Car registration begins at 8 a.m. at the intersection of S. White Street and Elm Street. A $20 entry fee is required for owners wishing to display their cars or enter them for judging. Trailer parking will be available, and the presentation of awards will begin at 2 p.m.
