Register now for theater conservatory

The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre is partnering with Burning Coal Theatre to offer a Summer Theatre Conservatory July 28-Aug. 8 at the Renaissance Centre, 405 S. Brooks St.

Designed for rising sixth through ninth graders, the conservatory is a two-week summer day camp that teaches students progressive theatre techniques, responsibility and collaboration.

The Summer Theatre Conservatory is scheduled July 28-Aug. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $350 and the instructor is Burning Coal Theatre’s Jonathan Fitts.

Online registration is available at www.wakeforestnc.gov/classes-workshops.aspx. Register in person at the Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St.
