William J. ‘Bill’ Hudson

William J. “Bill” Hudson, 81, Relocated, not by Two Men and a Truck but by two Angels and a Chariot, into the waiting arms of Jesus on September 28, 2015.

He was a devoted husband to Lynne, his wife of 34 years and a loving father and grandfather to his daughter, Jacqueline Wells and son-in-law, Mitchell, and their children, Dylan, Alex, Mitchell, Hudson; daughter, Jerri-Anne Joyner and husband, Matt, and their children Kassie, Kennedy, Anna, McKensley, Brantley and Shiloh; son, Patrick Hudson and wife, Christina, and their son Charlie; and sons, Scott Hudson and James Hudson.

“He who overcomes will be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the Book of Life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels”  Revelation 3:5

A memorial service honoring his life was held at 11 o’clock Saturday morning, October 3, 2015, at Bay Leaf Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bay Leaf Canada Missions, Bay Leaf Music Ministry or to Gideons International 12200 Bayleaf Church Road Raleigh, NC 27614.

Hallie Fowler Morris

Wake Forest

Hallie Fowler Morris, 88, of Wake Forest passed away Tuesday morning, September 29, 2015, at Duke University Medical Center in Durham. She was born in Wake County, the daughter of the late Betty Williams Fowler and Percy Fowler. She was a retired X-Ray technician with the U.S. Government.

A memorial service honoring her life will be held at a later date.

Hallie is survived by her son, Michael “Mike” Privette of Wake Forest, and several cousins.
