Frederick B. ‘Freddie’ Daniel

Frederick B. “Freddie” Daniel, 65, died Sunday, November 9, 2014, at the VA Medical Center in Durham.

Freddie was born in Wake County, the son of the late Justice and Claudaline Daniel, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Graybeal, and was employed at Lowes Home Improvement for over 20 years.

A memorial service will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon, November 15, 2014, in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. William Slayter officiating.

Freddie is survived by his sister, Patricia Daniel Benton of Wake Forest; brother, Ronnie Daniel and wife, Gail, of Kernersville; nephews, Brian Daniel, Mark Daniel, Matthew Benton and David Gilligan; and niece, Debbie Watson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park, Suite 10, Raleigh, NC 27615.

Friends may visit with the family from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 South Main Street, Wake Forest.

Aiden Yong-Yeon Lee

Wake Forest

Aiden Yong-Yeon Lee, 8, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014, at his home surrounded by his family. Aiden attended North Forest Pines Elementary School and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him.

With a smile that could light up a room, Aiden loved to laugh and to make other people laugh. Being such a social person and always loving people around him, he would always invite people over to play, eat, and even sleep over. He enjoyed kicking a soccer ball around, shooting hoops, and he was the best Beyblader in the house. Aiden was a kind, gentle, and tender soul. He loved everyone he met and all animals.

Funeral services were held at 1 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, November 11, 2014, in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home with Pastor James Lee officiating. Burial was in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.

Aiden is survived by his parents, Elizabeth and Jung Ho Lee; sister, Samantha Lee of the home; brother, Jaxson Lee of the home; grandparents, Yo Soon Lee of Wake Forest and Erwin and Pamela Kraehemann of Fort Worth, Texas. He was preceded by his grandfather, In Kyu Lee.

Deborah Jean Pace

Franklinton

Deborah Jean Pace, 63, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at WakeMed.

She was born in Enid, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Richard Ellis Whitt and Phyllis Law Whitt, and was a member of South Haven Baptist Church in Belton, Missouri. Debbie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be greatly missed. Her focus in life was her children and grandchildren and her influence in their lives will be her legacy.

A celebration will be held at 11 o’clock Friday, November 14, 2014, at McGilley & George Funeral Home, 611 Chestnut Street, Belton, Missouri. Burial will be in the Belton Cemetery, Belton, Missouri.

Mrs. Pace is survived by her husband of 43 years, Paul M. Pace; children, Paul M. Pace Jr. (Carrie) of Raymore, Missouri, James A. Pace (Casey) of West Melbourne, Florida, and Jacqueline Pace Johnston (James) of Franklinton; sister, Paulette Hawkins of Poseyville, Indiana; brothers, Danny Whitt (Marcie) of Eagan, Minnesota, and Doug Whitt (Kelley) of Mulvane, Kansas; grandchildren, Olivia and Elizabeth Pace, Emily and Ethan Pace and Madison, Jacob and Chrissy Johnston. She was preceded in death by her brother, Glenn Whitt, and by her grandson, Julian Parker.

Cynthia Jean Gage

Wake Forest

Cynthia Jean Gage, 48, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was born in West Covina, California, the daughter of Nancy Gage and the late John Donald Gage. Cindy was an accomplished jeweler in the San Francisco area for over 25 years. After moving to North Carolina, she worked closely in her mom’s business, Whetstone Home Grown, at area farmer’s markets.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Ms. Gage is survived by her mother and step-father, Nancy W. and Don Wilhell of Wake Forest and by a brother, Jeffrey Gage and wife, Mary Virginia Gage, of Macon, Georgia.

Cindy’s beautiful smile and the joy she spread so freely will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
