Aileen Fuller Wilder

Wake Forest

Aileen Fuller Wilder, 94, passed to her heavenly home on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, two days before her 95th birthday at Hillside Nursing Center in Wake Forest.

For many years Aileen was an active member of Louisburg Baptist Church. She was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who enjoyed growing flowers, going for walks, sitting on the front porch watching the cars pass by, camping and riding the boat at Kerr Lake, and going to the mountains to visit family. Although in her later years she suffered from dementia, she loved having visitors, working word puzzles, and going for rides in the car.

She was predeceased by her parents, William Oliver Fuller and Fannie Macon Fuller; husband, Joseph Ronald (Pick) Wilder; brother, W.O. Fuller Jr.; and sister, Josephine Hayes. Survivors include her daughters, Judy Cox and her husband, Phil, of Rolesville and Kim Hinson and her husband, Kenny, of  Beulaville; grandchildren, Ron Cox (Rita) of Louisburg and Donna C. Gibbs (Mark) of Hendersonville; great-grandchildren, Ryan Cox (Kayla), Reid Cox, Jordan Gibbs, Joshua Gibbs, Jacob Gibbs and Jeremiah Gibbs; great-great-grandson, Mason Cox;  sister, Shirley Bass (Charles) of Raleigh; brothers, Oscar Fuller of Gaffney, South Carolina and Talmadge Fuller (Helen) of Raleigh; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 7, 2017, at 2 o’clock at Woodland Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodland Baptist Church or to Louisburg Baptist Church.

Mary Dan Shean

Wake Forest

Mary Dan Shean, 92, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017, at Transitions Life Care Center.

A private graveside service was held Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Floral Gardens Park Cemetery in High Point.

Mary is survived by a daughter, Charleen Bell and husband, Don of Raleigh; a sister, Jessie Richardson and husband, James of Greer, South Carolina; granddaughters, Kim Frazier and husband, Keith of Raleigh and Stephanie Shean; grandson Scott Shean of Rocky Mount; and great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Max, and Sarah, all of Raleigh.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Charles E. Shean; a son, Danny Shean; grandson, D.J. Shean; and her parents along with five sisters and four brothers.

William J. ‘Billy’ Boulton

Wake Forest

William J. “Billy” Boulton, 39, died suddenly Thursday, April 6, 2017, at his home. Billy was born June 19, 1977 in Syosset, New York to William A. and the late Kathleen Ellen Boulton.

Billy loved vacations at Disney World. He also loved loud music, water, any amusement park, and rollercoasters. The Muppets were his world. Billy enjoyed spending time at his nieces and nephews sporting events. He was the apple of his mother’s eye. She fought tirelessly for the rights of special needs children because of her beloved son.

A funeral mass was celebrated Wednesday morning, April 12, 2017 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.

Surviving are his father, William A. Boulton; sisters, Donna Buccellato and husband, John, of Wake Forest, Theresa Hayes of Long Beach, New York, Christine Costanzo and husband, Mike of Elmont, New York; nieces and nephews, Richard, Gianna, Isabella, Giovanni and Kathleen; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Frances O. Pleasants

Raleigh

Frances O. Pleasant, 81, of Raleigh went to be with her Lord on Friday, April 7, 2017. She passed peacefully with her loving family holding her hands. She lived her remaining days so happy and at peace.

Frances was a donor and hoped she could save someone else.
She retired from Alcatel and was a member of Unity Baptist Church.

Frances was preceded in death by her mother, Nora Pearl Fox; her father, Robert Fox; brothers, Robert G. Fox, James Fox, Joe Fox and David Fox; and a sister, Elizabeth Leggett.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, April 11, 2017, in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold Woodlief officiating. Pallbearers were James Fox, Charles Horton, Bobby Horton, David Fox, Daniel Lewis, Dan Leggett and Johnny Ray. Music was performed by Kim Mitchell, singing “How Great Thou Art,” “It is well with my Soul” and “When I’m Gone” by Joey Feek. Burial followed in Pine Forest Memorial Garden in Wake Forest.

Surviving are a daughter, Diane Sutton and husband, Bill, of Youngsville; grandson, Anthony Hicks and wife, Melissa, of Franklinton; a brother, Wiley Fox of Princeville; sisters, Nora Horton of Fuquay-Varina, Emma Ray of Raleigh, Mary Mutzabaugh and Lucy Batts of Rocky Mount; and many nieces, nephews, and their children.

“She was a loving mother, grandmother and my best friend. She will be truly missed by so many that she loved so much.”

Sebastian Pineda

Youngsville

Sebastian Pineda, 76, died Friday, April 7, 2017, in Raleigh. He was born December 17, 1940 in El Salvador to the late Eugenio and Elena Pineda. Mr. Pineda worked as a farmer most of his life.

Funeral services were held Wednesday morning, April 12, 2017, in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home with Father Chesco Garcia officiating. Burial was in Pine Forest Memorial Garden.

Surviving are his wife, Blanca Lidia Pineda; children, Luis Alonso Pineda, Blanca Lidia Pineda, Tomas Antonio Pineda, Rosa Elena Garcia, Charlie Jossue Pineda and Oscar Armando Pineda.

Eileen S. ‘Faye’ Dail

Raleigh

Eileen S. “Faye” Dail , 91, of Raleigh passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017, at WakeMed.  She was born March 19, 1926, in Esserville, Virginia, to the late Oliver and Maude Smith. She lived most of her life in the Raleigh area.

Eileen was an active member of the Falls Lake congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and everyone that knew her also knew that she loved her ministry and her loving Father, Jehovah God. She was very proud of the family she made with her late husband, Henry.

She is survived by her sons, Bill (Paulette) and Randall (Lola); her grandchildren (who knew her as “O’ma”),  Dusty (Angela), Jason (Terry), Roddy (Nicole), Ryan (Andrea), and Jennifer (Dale); as well as her great-grandchildren, Joshua, Andrew, Victoria, Conner, Madilyn, Luke, Avery, and Samuel. She is also survived by her sisters, Jean Dean and Jan (Tommy) Estep; also her brother, Jim (Annette) Smith; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her brother Bobby Smith.

The memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Fox Road on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make donations on JW.ORG to the Worldwide Work.

Mabel Cash Roberts

Wake Forest

Mabel Cash Roberts, 90, died Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born June 19, 1926 to the late James and Nonie Cash. Mabel was a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church since her early childhood. She retired, after many years, from Tom Togs in Youngsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, C.H. Roberts Jr.; and a son, Jerry W. Roberts.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, April 11, 2017, at Flat Rock Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary McNair officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Surviving are two daughters, Paulette Avett and husband, Jim, of Cary and Debbie Wise and husband, Doug, of Clayton; six grandchildren, Alan and Jay Roberts, Wes and Ryan Avett, Laura Murray and Kristy Lee; and five great-grandchildren, James, Trent, Nathan, Paul and Eleanor Avett.
