If your office needs a notary, you can send an employee to the next notary public class which will be held Friday, May 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the chamber office. The class includes all the information you will need as a notary and there is a test at the end of the class before you are certified and get your stamp. The class is open to chamber members (cost $165) and non-members (cost $190). You can register online at https://wakeforestchamber.chambermaster.com/eventregistration/register/8221.

If you like to walk and be part of the community, join the chamber’s Walking Wednesday group or form your own. Walking Wednesdays is a joint effort with the Town of Wake Forest and the Kerr Family YMCA designed to get Wake Forest residents out and about this summer. From May 31 to August 30, we’ll track the number of miles we walk as a community. Learn more and sign up at www.wakeforestnc.gov/walking-wednesdays.aspx
