The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre will host the 2017 Wake Forest Home & Garden Show on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 12-13.
Presented by Mitchell Heating & Cooling, the Home & Garden Show will feature over 40 local experts showcasing the latest in home improvement products, services, and features. As an added bonus, this year’s event will also include a Shopping Marketplace with local art, handmade decor and various home products available for purchase.
In addition to visiting with local home and garden experts, attendees will have the opportunity to attend free seminars throughout the two-day event and enter a number of prize drawings.
Admission to the Wake Forest Home & Garden Show is free and open to the public. In lieu of an admission charge, attendees are encouraged to jumpstart their “fall cleaning” by bringing clothing donations for Note in the Pocket. Note in the Pocket is a local non-profit organization that provides clothing to homeless and impoverished children and their families. Donation needs include new and gently used school clothing and shoes of all sizes, adult clothing and shoes appropriate for older students, and new packages of socks.
