The final concert of the October series sponsored by the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre and Wake Forest ARTS will be held this Friday, Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m. when the Free Spirit Ensemble of the Raleigh Symphony Orchestra will return.
The ensemble will present Folk Tunes Revisited, classic folk tunes in new forms. Featured works include arrangements by Nofinofo, Corigliano and Lind plus several works by Copland. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $8 for students.
