The gymnasium in the Flaherty Park Community Center will be closed through September while crews paint the walls and resurface the floor.
Classes will meet as usual in the classrooms which have just been repainted.
The center will resume all its normal operations on Saturday, Oct. 1. For all the normal hours, go to www.wakeforestnc.gov and search Flaherty Park Community Center.
