Join the Friends of the Mountains-to-Sea Trail from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, for the ninth annual Falls Lake Festival at the Falls Lake Dam, 11405 Falls of Neuse Road.
The festival celebrates everything there is to know and love about Falls Lake and the Upper Neuse River. Join federal, local, and state agencies who manage Falls Lake, as well as non-profit groups and local community vendors. This festival is all about promoting safe outdoor recreation, conservation of our lands and waters, fitness, and fun in the Upper Neuse River Basin.
Friends of the Mountain-to-Sea Trail build and maintain a 1,000-plus-mile trail across North Carolina that winds through the Triangle.
