The weather should be fine Thursday, Sept. 29, if not as cool and fall-like as we could want, but it will suffice for an hour of music, relaxation, lunch and chatting with friends in Centennial Plaza in front of the Wake Forest Town Hall while listening to Lee Holt at the piano.
These free concerts from noon to 1 p.m. sponsored by the Wake Forest Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department and Wake Forest ARTS have been scheduled every Thursday during the spring and fall. The events attract several dessert trucks for added treats.
Time to tell the parks department to schedule them again in 2017.
