The 2017 Wake Forest Christmas Parade will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, in downtown Wake Forest. Sponsored by PowerSecure and presented by Wake Forest Downtown, Inc., the parade will feature over 100 colorful floats, entries from local businesses, churches, schools and civic clubs, high school marching bands, and – of course – Santa Claus.
Volunteers are critical to the success of the event and needed for a variety of roles between 9:45 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Anyone interested in volunteering may sign up online at www.wakeforestnc.gov/wake-forest-christmas-parade.aspx.
