*Music at Midday will continue Thursday, May 25 with Teresa Williams and John Custer performing ‘70s rock. Find them from noon to 1 p.m. in Centennial Plaza on Brooks Street in front of the Wake Forest Town Hall. Bring a lunch to the free event and relax. The final concert sponsored by the town and WF Arts will take place Thursday, June 1, featuring the jazz ensemble Capital Transit.

*Suicide Blonde, an ‘80’s cover band, will play for a concert to benefit the nonprofit CHERUBS-CDH on Friday, June 9, from 9 p.m. to midnight at the Renaissance Centre for the Arts on Brooks Street. Tickets are $10 before the event, available through EventBrite, and $15 at the door.
*The Wake Forest Charity Car Show is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, along South White Street in historic downtown Wake Forest. It is free. In the event of rain, the show will be rescheduled for Saturday, June 24.
