*The 11th annual Gobblers Run will start from the Wake Forest Boys & Girls Club at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, and a record number of runners are expected. On that day the Wake Forest Farmers Market plans its Holiday Artisans’ Market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre for the Arts, the Wake Forest Historic Preservation Commission will sponsor the Christmas Historic Home Tour, and Downtown Wake Forest Inc. will present the Downtown Wake Forest Holiday Open House.
*Storytelling Pajama Night featuring Rags to Riches Theatre will be held Friday, Dec. 14, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. It is part of the Wake Forest Renaissance Center’s Arts for All free community performance series supported by the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County.
