During January builders received permits for 29 new single-family homes, and the town also approved a permit for a mobile home requested by Royal Homes at 122 Deerfield Crossing in the Wellington Mobile Home Park.
Most of the permits were in four subdivisions, nine in the new Reserve, six each in Austin Creek and Traditions, and five in Heritage South.
