The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department will host a free Family Fitness Fair on Saturday, June 9, from 10 a.m.-noon at E. Carroll Joyner Park, 701 Harris Road.
The Family Fitness Fair is a fun, family-friendly event offered in conjunction with the National Recreation and Park Association’s “Family Health & Fitness Day” initiative celebrated every year on the second Saturday in June.
Free and open to the public, the PRCR Department’s June 9 Family Fitness Fair will feature Zumba, Yoga, Fitness classes, local health and fitness vendors and tons of family fun.
Participating local businesses and organizations will include Camp Gladiator, Z Fitness with Jacque Inc., A.E. Finley YMCA, Polar Ice House, Orange Theory, Nutrishop Wake Forest, Physicians Weight Loss Centers, British Swim School, Vision Martial Arts and O2 Fitness The Factory.
