The board meets on the third Saturday of each month at 9 a.m. in the ground floor meeting room at town hall, 301 S. Brooks St. Applicants should plan to attend the youth board meeting on May 19 to introduce themselves and discuss their interest in serving on the board.
The town board will announce the official appointments to the youth in government advisory board during its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 17.
The first meeting of the newly appointed youth board will be Saturday, Aug. 18. The year for the board coincides with the school year – August through July.
