More than anything else, he deeply loved his family. He loved spending time with his family and friends. We will all miss his caring, loving heart, and his wit and sense of humor. He will be profoundly missed by his family and all the people he touched in his short time on this Earth.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the many members of their sweet church family, Richland Creek Community Church, for all their prayers, the outpouring of love and invaluable support they have provided during this incredibly painful and difficult time.

Dan liked to travel and experience new place, always ready for a road trip and preferred driving. A favorite route he always spoke of was Route 66. As for his love of all things chocolate, one question was asked daily as he sat down for dinner: “What’s for dessert?”
