On February 13, the Kappa Alpha Psi Wake Forest Rolesville Alumni Chapter (WFRAC) presented the first annual Diamond Awards Brunch, honoring community leaders, philanthropists, and trailblazers.
The honorees were Warrick and Chinique Scott of the Wendell Scott Foundation, Angelo and Melissa Pettis, owners of Primrose School in Wake Forest, and Rev. Lenwood and Barbara Long, the pastor and first lady at New Bethel Baptist Church in Rolesville. These couples are making a substantial difference in the lives of many in our community.
Over 100 individuals attended the brunch at Wakefield Country Club and were entertained with live music by the Jashuan Peele Trio Jazz Band.
Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity is a service organization whose fundamental purpose is achievement. The WFRAC was founded in the town of Wake Forest on December 17, 2011. Please join us as we salute these couples and their tremendous accomplishments.
