The fit-ups were for: the Sushi Siam Restaurant at 928 Gateway Commons Circle in the Gateway Commons shopping center; Dunn Physical Therapy at Suite 102, 2824 Rogers Road; the town’s new building/facility maintenance office at 317 Brooks Street (the former Laundromat); Suite 104 at 3129 Heritage Trade Drive in the Wake Forest Business Park; and Suite C at 5107 Unicon Drive for some unspecified retail use.
Cleared for occupancy were: Integrity Motors at Suite 109B, 4154 Shearon Farms Avenue; Leslie Salon at Suite 106, 12215 Hampton Way Drive; Ukay Ukay Thift Store at 720 North Main Street; and Advantage Autosport LLC at Suite K, 5101 Unicon Drive.
