Polls will open at the Wake Forest precincts at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, and close at 7:30 p.m. You can see a sample ballot and find your precinct – with directions – by going to http://www.wakegov.com/elections/Pages/default.aspx.
You can cast three votes – or only one or two – from the list of five candidates. Wake Forest elections for commissioners and mayor are nonpartisan and there are no voting districts.
The candidates are Chad Casale, Brian Clemson, Greg Harrington (incumbent), Brian Pate and Anne Reeve (incumbent). Commissioner Zachary Donahue chose not to run for a second term. The Gazette has published interviews with the candidates each week since Sept. 30 and you can read them in the archives. You can also watch the local candidates’ forum sponsored by the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Wake Forest as it airs twice daily, at noon and 6 p.m., on Channel 10.
Rather than trying to paraphrase their comments, the editor urges you to look back through the Gazette archives to read their answers and to watch the forum if you were not present or have not done so yet.
You can also ask them questions directly with their telephone numbers or email addresses.

Yes – vote Harrington if you want someone who votes how HE PERSONALLY feels, not what his constituents want. Once again, “Christianity” used to mask ridiculous decisions and behavior.
Vote HARRINGTON—-He truly loves and cares about Wake Forest! He’s your Christian, committed, wise, and wonderful candidate! Harrington–November 3!!
