Edmund Mendoza

Wake Forest

Edmund Mendoza, 64, of Wake Forest died Sunday, March 1, 2015, at Duke University Medical Center.

Edmund was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His family was the most important thing to him. He was a good man with good morals and was extremely devoted to his loving wife, Silvia. Fatherhood was a very strong passion for him, and he always loved all five of his children with all his heart. He will be missed tremendously by so many who were privileged to have their heart touched by him. We can all rest assured that he is in a good place right now. He is not gone, he is just in a different place where there is no suffering. He will continue to be with us every day from here on out. He is at peace and we have to embrace that. We will continue to love him and remember him for the wonderful man that he was. May God please take care of our Angel, Edmund Mendoza.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 3:30 Thursday afternoon, March 5, 2015, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
