Get to meet and mingle with your fellow chamber members and business people at the After Hours Outdoor Networking at the Chamber on Thursday, Aug. 19, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the outdoor courtyard at the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce building, 305 South White Street. (Did you know the building was originally a garage with gasoline sales in front, later repurposed as the station for the Wake Forest Town Fire Department with the Wake Forest Rural Fire Department next door in the building where Sweetie’s is?)
The event will be hosted by Triangle Divorce Lawyers and will feature light refreshments.
The event is for chamber members only; no spouses or children. Because of COVID-19, you must RSVP in advance.

The job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 South Brooks Street.
Each participating employer will receive booth space where they may display information about their business and job openings and meet potential applicants.
A dedicated Interview Room will allow participating businesses to have private one-on-one interviews with prospective employees on the spot.

The Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking 24 diverse and emerging leaders who represent a cross-section of Wake Forest and the surrounding area for this premier leadership experience.
Interested? Applications are due Aug. 15. Tuition is $750 for chamber members, $900 for nonmembers. Partial and full scholarships up to $500 are available and you are encouraged to apply. Scholarship applications were due Aug. 1.
