There will be a community food distribution Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. until all the food is given away at the Church of God of Prophecy at 1860 North White Street, which is in Franklin County just north of the county line.
The distribution is hosted by the Knightdale-Wake Forest Education Foundation and done in partnership with Zaxby’s restaurant and the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.
The goal is to stop hunger one community at a time.
