The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre at 405 Brooks Street will host the third annual Wake Forest Home & Garden Show on Saturday, Aug. 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 12, from noon to 4 p.m.
Presented by Mitchell Heating & Cooling, the Home & Garden Show will feature over 40 local experts showcasing the latest in home improvement products, services and features.
As an added bonus, this year’s event will again include a Shopping Marketplace with local art, handmade decor and various home products available for purchase. Also people are asked to bring nonperishable food for Tri-Area Ministry Food Bank.
“For anyone planning a home improvement or yard enhancement project, our home and garden show will offer a convenient look at what’s available in our area,” said Renaissance Centre Manager Cathy Gouge.
In addition to visiting with local home and garden experts, attendees will have the opportunity to attend free seminars throughout the two-day event and enter a number of prize drawings. Courtesy of B&W Hardware, this year’s grand prize is a Traeger Pro 22 Series Grill and accessories package valued at over $1,000.
Admission to the Wake Forest Home & Garden Show is free and open to the public.
