Dan Ryan Builders pulled the 12 townhouse permits, six for Montonia Street in the Richland Hills subdivision and six for Sweet Basil Street in the Shearon Farms subdivision. The builder paid a total of $50,785 in fees and the improvement total is listed at $880242.
