The land is zoned neighborhood business. *Legacy Heritage Apartments, construction drawings submitted by WithersRavenel for 305 multifamily units on a 24.35-acre parcel at the intersection of Dr. Calvin Jones Highway, Friendship Chapel Road and Heritage Lake Road. The land is zoned for residential multifamily. *Heritage Corner, construction drawings submitted by Site Collaborative for a 25,400-square-foot commercial development on 4.88 acres at the intersection of Rogers Road and South Franklin Street. The parcel is zone neighborhood business. Leadership Wake Forest is the longest standing Foundation program with over 25 years of helping up and coming local leaders. It will begin in September and end in May.
