The land is zoned neighborhood business. *Legacy Heritage Apartments, construction drawings submitted by WithersRavenel for 305 multifamily units on a 24.35-acre parcel at the intersection of Dr. Calvin Jones Highway, Friendship Chapel Road and Heritage Lake Road. The land is zoned for residential multifamily. *Heritage Corner, construction drawings submitted by Site Collaborative for a 25,400-square-foot commercial development on 4.88 acres at the intersection of Rogers Road and South Franklin Street. The parcel is zone neighborhood business.
