We are pleased to announced that our physicians, staff and certified nurse anesthetists will all be donating their time this great cause. We are asking our referring physician practices to refer their patients who either do not have insurance or simply cannot afford to have their screening examination. Our goal is to increase the availability of this important preventative test, especially for those who have delayed screening due to its cost. Once referred through proper channels by their primary care physician, our office will contact the patients for this “heart-to-heart” event. Among cancers that affect both men and women, colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States.
