Update May 9, 2018 – See Senior Center Future projects–Technical Review Committee When the technical review committee met on March 8, 2018, the members reviewed the following plans: *Powerhouse Row, two- and three-story buildings on the west side of South White Street next to Elm Avenue combining retail on the first floor with residential on the upper floors.
